Our technical doors are designed for public facilities such as hospitals, schools and offices. Made with an extruded aluminum frame and Abet Print laminate, they offer maximum safety, hygiene and durability. Available with acoustic insulation of 27 dB, 28 dB, 31 dB and 36 dB, these doors are ideal for environments that require tranquility and resistance. They are completely sanitizable and sanitizable, with fire reaction class 1 certification.

Extruded Aluminum Frame:

• Door Frame Section: Extruded aluminum without sharp edges, with anodized surface for easy cleaning and hygiene.
• Door jambs: Profiles in 6060 EN573-3 aluminium alloy, thickness 15/10, with telescopic joint.
• Telescopic Cover Trims: Made of extruded aluminum.

Door Panel:

• Perimeter Frame: Made of dried fir wood with lock reinforcements on both sides.
• Honeycomb: Made of resin-coated cardboard with 22 mm cells.
• Covering: In MDF and plastic laminate, 9/10 thickness, resistant to scratches, solvents and abrasions.
• Total Panel Thickness: 44/45 mm.
• Available in Antibacterial Laminate: On request.

Gasket:

• Material: Rubber compliant with UNI 9122 standards.

Hinges:

• Type: Retractable in aluminium, opening 180° and self-lubricating.
• Adjustable: 3D on three axes, with no visible fixing screws.

Additional Options:

• FSC Certification: Available upon request.
• Sealing Gasket: For silent and draft-proof closing.
• Acoustic Insulation: Reduction of 28, 31 or 36 dB.
• Ventilation grilles: In aluminium (sizes: 30x10, 40x10, 50x10).
